Windows 10: itunes: Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file! HELP

After installing itunes from Windows App Store whenever I launch itunes I get the error (see the picture below):





Things I have tried:
1) I am logged in from Admin account (and there is not any other account)

2) I have tried to download itunes from filehippo but still not working

3) I have tried to change the folder permission but still no gain

4) I have tried to move the itunes folder to another location but it is still giving the same error but it itunes open and I still get an error saying the iphone connected cannot be read (i dont remember the exact error)

5) I have tried to reinstall itunes several times from windows app store

6) I have tried running itunes as Admin


Please help me as I need it urgent. Thanks
