Windows 10: Japanese Supplementary Fonts Failed. Error code: 0x80070422

Hello, I can't download Japanese Supplemental Fonts failed with error code: 0x80070422

My wifi works perfectly so I don't know how to fix this.

Japanese fonts are already installed.

I can't add the Japanese romaji keyboard to my computer.

How can I add the Japanese keyboard? I have been trying to add the Japanese romaji keyboard for a few does and failed to do so.

My current situation:

• Japanese Language Pack installed
  • Basic typing error code 0x80070002
  • Handwriting error code 0x80070002
  • Speech error code 0x80070002
  • Keyboards - only Microsoft IME input method editor
• Control Panel - Clock & Region
  • Shows no keyboard language tab to add a language

 

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.
