Windows 10: Java can't install.

I have been trying to fix java due to it not properly opening .jar files. I tried to uninstall and then when i reinstalled, it diddnt work and said "could not create the java virtual machine." After that it closes, puts 3 of the same error message on my screen, and then says that it was installed. I have checked and it doesnt install at all. I've tried reinstalling it 3 times and nothing has worked.

• Which browser are you using to install Java?
• What is the issue you are facing while trying to install Java?

I suggest you to try different browser and check if it helps.

I install JAVA, but JAVA programs claim there is no JAVA installed??

From your log:

I think you need to edit system variables path.

Remove C:\ProgramData\Oracle\Java\javapath;" and replace with C:\Program Files\Java\jre-9.0.4\bin

 

Java not working

I'm trying to look at the trajectory of NEO's (Near Earth Objects) at JPL website. To do so, requires Java. I have the latest version installed and it is enabled to run content in the browser (I checked with the Java control panel). I even added JPL web address to the exception list to no avail. I've tried five different web browsers and they all spit back the error. Adding the JPL web address to the exception list was the only workaround that they provided. This is so frustrating!
