Windows 10: Java.Exe Will Not Open

I've been trying for many hours to simply open the java.exe and it will not open. It just flashes real quick. It does the same thing when I try to open a .bat file. I've looked on Google and tried various things to no avail. I need Java to flash some firmware so if anyone can help I would appreciate it.

installing .exe and java files in n900

You cant install java apps or .exe files to N900.

But theres a emulator for run java apps.
