Windows 10: Java .jar problem

I have some friends and family that are trying to install Java and set it up for the default .jar app, but it is only letting them use Internet Explorer, or find another app on the Microsoft store. We have tried using the OPEN WITH option in File Explorer for their .jar files, but it will not show up. It may be that we have not fully downloaded and installed Java, but does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Press Windows Key + I to open the Settings app.

.java to .jar file

As a side note to Easy Rhinos comment, you can only jar .class files, meaning that you need to compile all the .java files and them jar the .class files resulting from the compilation. Example:

Hi guys!
I have a problem i think i dont know how to do this little thing
I have searched around the web, but i cant find anyone to explain it how to
and where to put this code down here in order for the compilator to convert it
from .java to a .jar file so the program or games i do in neatbeans can be executed in
my mobile phone!
Anyone can help??? The code is this one:
