    JBL 600BTNC emits low battery warning sound but only on Windows


    Hi there,

    My JBL 600BTNC a bluetooth headset emits a sound when battery is low with 5-10 mins Idk the exact span intervals until battery dies. But this does not happen on my Android phone. This behaviour is very annoying. The warning sound interrupts whatever audio coming from the computer.

    I contacted JBL, they recommended me to get in touch with Microsoft since this only happens in Windows. Is this a Windows feature? Is there any way to turn it off?

    'Low Battery' warning sound returns after being disabled.

    I have disabled the "Low Battery" warning sound countless times, set up a silent "Sound Scheme", and even replaced the audio file with a silent one.

    Within a week or two, the sound effect always returns.

    Does anyone know of a way to ensure that low battery warning sound is permanently disabled?

    WIndows 10 v1607 - no low battery warning

    Hello,

    I am facing an issue since I have updated windows 10 64-bit to v1607. The issue is regarding the low battery warning. In the earlier version of windows, I was not facing this problem, but after upgrading to v1607, sometimes the low battery warning doesn't
    flash on the screen and as a result my laptop goes to sleep state. The low battery warning is sometimes displayed, but mostly its not.

    Please suggest any solution.

    i think you have set it incorrectly.

    the low battery-level must be higher than the critical level.

    try this way. remember to set this in the described order. low level/ low level action

    critical level/critical level action!
