Windows 10: JBL Headphones are not showing up

Good evening, and my merriest wishes for a happy 2019 �� I got a pair of JBL T460BL's this year, and I have been struggling to connect them to my HP 250 G3 notebook, running freshly-resetted Windows 10 Home (1803). Notably, I have tried: Restarting the computerRestarting the headsetRestarting any service with the name BluetoothRunning both the Hardware and the Bluetooth troubleshooterDisabling my Bluetooth adapterUninstalling my Bluetooth adapter All with no avail. I tried connecting the headset to my phone, works like a charm. I am well over frustrated, and I really need help. Thanks ~enkiel

Um, why can't my JBL Headphones be seen on my Bluetooth list? My headphones are fine; they connect to my phone. UGH. I got these for my 18th birthday.
