Windows 10: JBL Reflect Mini 2 Wireless Headphones not Connecting with Lenovo ThinkPad

Hi all,


I am just wondering why I cannot pair these headphones with my laptop. When I try to add a device, it says "Connecting" and then it times out and says "We didn't get any response from the device. Try connecting again." Any assistance would be great!
