Windows 10: jigsaw puzzle transfer from computer 1 to computer 2

Puzzle up and running fine on comp 1. Great game and have a lot of gold/points.

Computer screen hit and broken, but marginally readable.

Obtained comp 2 to replace.


Rather than start over, would like to transfer homemade puzzles and points to new computer and continue playing.


Have installed app on new computer but it is working like a new installation. I was hoping that my microsoft account would transfer the old/saved info, but did not. Assume info to be located on old computer vs. at microsoft.


So what is the easiest way to shift my 33000 points and my personal puzzles to the new machine?

There are several reasons why the puzzles were not uploaded to your Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle Collection. It may be due to server connection errors or you need to reset Windows Store. To resolve your concern, you may perform the following solutions on your
computer:

Solution 1. Check for new game updates on Windows Store by following the steps on this

Solution 2. Reset Windows Store to clear the store cache.

• Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.   
• Click on Command prompt (Admin).   
• Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.   

Solution 3. Run the troubleshooter for Windows Apps by going to this

Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzles - Crashes

Try following and check after each step

1. Try to reset the Jigsaw Puzzles

Windows Key+I > Apps > Scroll down to Jigsaw Puzzles > Click this App > Advanced options > Reset

2. Uninstall this by below method and then reinstall from Microsoft Store

Uninstall it using Windows 10 Store App Unistaller - Apps-Cleaner.zip
