Windows 10: Joining a family Member

Hello

I have MS365. Last week I invited my sister to join our family. She accepted. All was fine until a couple of days ago. She received an email saying she was no longer part of our family. Now today she received an email saying that SHE was inviting herself to join the family. I also received a similar email. Are these spam?

How can we reduce the dozens of spam emails sent to our microsoft email accounts? How have they got our information?

broken "family member needs to sign in"

Parental controls stopped working. Family.Microsoft.com has alert: "Your family member needs to sign in to their Windows 10 device AngLaptop2014 for family features to work.

But the "how to fix this" says

• Select Accounts > Family & other people
• Under Your family, select your family member, then select Allow
• Have your family member sign in with their Microsoft account if asked to

And the steps don't apply. The account is already allowed, and there is no option to change that.

Now what???

 

Family member can't join after receiving the email invite

I invited a family member to create a log-in for them on a new windows 10 PC. The family member received the invite email but when they click "Join" it asks for a password. They don't have a password yet and therefore can't finish the joining process.
This is a cray way to add users, what happen to the simple control panel process?????
