  1. July 28, 2020 Updates

    I'm running Windows 10 Home, Ver 1903, OS 18362.900 I have a 64 bit system.

Today, July 28, I received multiple updates to Win 10. My printer quit working only because of the updates. Same thing happened Jul 3 and after hours of work someone from directly.com told me that MS knew about the Jul 3 problem and had built a workaround - I downloaded the workaround and it solved the problem.

Today it started all over again. I received seven upgrades and I have uninstalled six of them; the 7th will not uninstall for some reason. I uninstalled the following:

    KB4565483

    KB4497165

    KB4562900

    KB4567512

    KB4565633

    KB4552931

The one that won't uninstall is KB4560960.

My printer doesn't work. I have restarted my computer at least six times. I have turned off updates forever.

I need to be able to print so I need some help asap. Would it help to download the 2004 version of Win 10? I'm actually afraid to do that.

    :)

  3. July 03, 2020 Update

I too have issues with the July 3, 2020 update. After intalling the update which seems to be an update to Microsoft Edge, my computer would not boot and I experienced two Blue Screen of Death issues.

I had to perform a system Restore.

The main issue I have is that it forces you to install the update of Microsoft edge. I NEVER use Microsoft edge, and Microsoft should have an option to skip these updates, especially if they create boot issues with your computer.
