Windows 10: Just browsing the web and a "recommended update" pops up Virus?

here's what popped up why just browsing the web I just uninstalled my graphics driver yesterday and reinstalled in from Nvidia

Windows License Will Expire Soon on Windows 10 Pro

Not sure if it pops up while in a browser...it may.

But I do know that I don't need to be in any web browser for it to pop up....After comp/monitor 'wakes up' with click of the mouse, it will show up....or after I restart (wanted to see if that cleared it), it'll pop up.

Screen shot later and and I'll look into this idea again....just not on my home pc right now.

Sure sounds like a virus to me. I would ignore it and do a full virus scan to make sure your PC is clean.
