Network Service: Delivery Optimisation has just downloaded a huge file. Anyway to tell what was downloaded as I noticed it in task manager but where to look? As far as I know I am up to date with 19043.1023. But this large download is a surprise.

    :)

  2. Background applications

    Hi Robert,

We understand that you don't want some apps to run on the background of your computer. What we suggest is to
control which apps are allowed to run in the background. To see which apps have permission, just follow the below steps:

    • Open the Start menu or Start screen and select “Settings.”
    • Click or tap the “Privacy” icon in the Settings.
    • Scroll down to the bottom of the list and select “Background apps.”
    • You’ll see a list of apps that have permission to run in the background with an “On/Off” toggle.
Just bear in mind that, apps normally run in the background to update their live tiles, download new data, and receive notifications. If you want an app to continue performing these functions, you should allow it to continue running in
    the background.

Feel free to update us with the results.

Desktop background is too big for screen.

    Hi,

This might be caused by software conflicts. Let's try to resolve this one-by-one. For the desktop background, try changing the settings. Follow the steps below:

    • Go to Settings.
    • Select Personalization.
    • On the left-panel choose Background.
    • Under Choose a fit, click the drop-down arrow and select
      Fit
or any other options that will suit your desired output.

As for the missing sleep option, try updating the video card. Follow the steps below:

    • Go to Device Manager.
    • Select the video card device then right-click on it and select Properties.
    • In the properties window, under the Driver tab, click
      Update Driver.
    • Once done, restart PC.

Should you need further assistance, feel free to post your query anytime.
