Windows 10: Just loaded windows 10 32 bit freezes on first boot

I just loaded windows 10 on a new computer. On the first boot with the Windows logo on the screen and the dots going around in a circle after the circle goes around about 10 time and before the welcome screen and we are getting things ready it freezes on the circles. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Dual Boot Windows 10

Shrunk partition and attempted To boot but got Message" Unable to write due to GPT Variety "'

Apparently since I have 64 Bit loaded I will not be able to run Dual Boot unless I load 32 Bit first.

Being I upgraded from Windows 8 64 bit to 10 64 bit I would lose my mind in the process. I am currently testing my programs on a 32 bit 10 machine to see if it is have in the same issues as 64 bit Does. And the OS refuses to run older games. If need be I
still have my Windows 7& 8 discs at hand to dual boot a 32 bit systen and then just run a KVM switch.

 

Windows 10 had become very sluggish

I have i3 4th gen 64bit 4GB RAM laptop, where the upgraded Windows 10 64bit is becoming sluggish, whereas, the 2 in 1 with Atom x5-Z8300 2GB RAM with Windows 10 32 bit, which is quite snappy. How come the 32 bit Windows is faster than the 64 bit Windows
10? Both have build 1703.

I start the 64 bit first and the 32 bit one just after. The 32 bit boots up ready to work, while I wait for the 64 bits to boot up.

 

Info on your PC hardware, CPU, RAM, etc, will help someone to try and assist you.

 

Did the new computer not come with a factory installed operating system?
What happened that you needed to reinstall windows 10?
Were you making any recent hardware or software changes?
Are your files backed up?
Had you created an image?

1) find a flash drive that you can format
2) create a bootable windows 10 iso
Download Windows 10
3) Each computer manufacturer has a F key to boot to the bios
If it is a custom computer you will need to change the boot order to boot to the bios
4) Boot from USB Drive on Windows 10 PC Windows 10 Installation Upgrade Tutorials
List of PC brands with their corresponding hot-keys
5) When you are ready with the bootable windows 10 iso let us know for possible repair

Just to be clear the computer came with no operating system. I downloaded the WIndows ISO file and it has never got pass the screen I have explained. So the computer has never full booted. Attached is a poor picture of what happen on first time I boot the machine.

 

What did you do to obtain a product key?
