Discus and support JW Libary in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; When I go to download an audio or video file I get the error message "Unable to Download, No download location available."     When I go to download an audio or video file I get the error message "Unable to Download, No download location available." When I go to settings to see if I can designate a download location, JW Libary crashes. I am using Windows 10.

    JW Library is only available for Windows 8 at the moment (not Windows Phone 8). I suggest you talk to the publisher of the app and ask them to release a Windows Phone app too.

    The JW.org online help section has an FAQ called "Will the app run on my mobile device?" Note the following:

    "Support for the following device is coming soon:
