    Hi All,I am unable to download any of the publications on the JW Lib app on my Windows 11 computer. I keep getting the error: JW library cannot install this application. Please download and install it again.I have tried reinstalling the app, renaming and changing the folder location, and installing JW Lib afrer disabling my Antivirus.There is enough space on my C:/ and there is no reason this should not work. Any thoughts?

    Error Message for Update to JW Library

    I downloaded the JW Library app to my Windows 7 Pro laptop that has been upgraded to Windows 10 prior to the download. The app opens and functions properly. However, I continue to get a popup "System Update Needed" with the message "The next update of JW
    Library will require Windows 10." On my Android smartphone and tablet with JW Library installed, I already have received the update to JW Library.

    I am assuming that the app cannot distinguish that I have Windows 10 already installed. My laptop is about 4 years old. How can I get the JW Library app to recognize that I already have Windows 10 on my laptop so that I can get the update?
