  1. KB 4023057

I auto-updated to it on 12/6 and ever since then my internet goes out every 15 minutes. 2 days later I finally get a tech to admit that it was the patch.

Another 2 days before I can talk to a "Level 2" support technician. So i've been without a stable internet connection for 4 days.

I pay 160 bucks a month for my internet and 60 a year for computer warranty so stuff like this doesn't happen.

OHP. Windows release another CANCEROUS update that you CANNOT uninstall. The software gestapo are here people.

Notice how they don't force these updates on businesses? They know its an unacceptable practice that they would only make individual users go through.

  2. New FF - passwords

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode | Firefox Help

    • Please report back and let us know the outcome, as it will dictate the next steps.
    • Also: please tell us what AV/AM/firewall programs are you running on this system?
