    KB shortcut to Device Manager not working?


    For decades I've use Win + Break to get straight to the Device Manager. But suddenly that's opening All Settings, which then requires a couple of extra clicks. Are other seeing this change please?

    Device Manager shortcut

    Why not create a shortcut as @Farvatten suggested and drag it to the task bar. Then it's a one click open.

    Shortcut to Enable/Disable touch screen drivers in Device Manager?

    Hi,

    I realized your concern and will assist you to resolve the issue.

    You will be able to create shortcut to device manger but you will not be able to create shortcut to enable/disable a device in device manager.

    To create a shortcut to device manager follow the steps below.

    • long press the screen where you want to create shortcut.
    • Click on new and then select shortcut.
    • In the blank space type in devmgmt.msc.
    • Click next and follow the wizard.

    Windows 10 commands/shortcuts/env. var.

    I didn't see on your list using Win-X to bring up the basic setup of system tools like the original control panel, easy access to device manager, etc. not technically a list of commands, but at least a shortcut *Smile KB shortcut to Device Manager not working? :)
