Windows 10 update (KB3081438) and (KB3081436)

After a 5 hour remote session with Grace in the Philippines, my PC was put right, prior to the 40/41/44 updates being around. The salient steps to fix it was:

1: At Command Prompt C:\Windows\System32\ sfc /scannow (this reported that it had fixed a problem during the process)

2: Open run command and type in Wsreset.exe

3: Run this list of command on the command prompt :

DISM /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

DISM /online /cleanup-image /Restorehealth

need to run it one by one.

After that reboot the computer, once the computer reboots try to do Wsreset.exe again to check the Windows Store. (Windows Store came to life, and all the stalled updates began to happen...)

That should be all the Troubleshooting steps that works and last is run the Powershell command:

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Finally, fired up Internet Explorer (found it was installed in Windows Accessories) and downloaded the update KB3081438 using:

Microsoft Update Catalog

Update KB3081438 hung or was interupted.

Update KB3081438 hung or was interrupted during installation. Settings indicates that this update in "Installing". This update does not show up on the list of installed updates. Several applications will not start, mostly games; Microsoft Solitaire collection, Microsoft
Jigsaw, Microsoft Minesweeper, and Microsoft Sudoku are examples.

How can this Update be re-initiated or backed out, since it does not show up on the list of updates?
