    KB3176936, KB3176938 and KB3189866 Low FPS in X-Plane

    Hi,

So many simmers using X-Plane, with me included, noticed that the last three windows updates are destroying our FPS in Xplane and possibly other applications and games which I don't use. I've tried contacting Microsoft support, but they seemed a little reluctant that it's the update's fault which clearly is considering the fps hit is quite substantial compared to before the updates plus many other people are experiencing the same.

So I'm left here to wonder if I should downgrade to windows 7?

    :)

  2. Printer driver for HP P2055 windows 10

Last night Windows Update on Windows 10 Pro installed KB3176935, KB3176937, and KB3176938, which did the damage I wrote above, including 49 Err 3D910C8 on the Universal PCL6 driver for a LaserJet P2055d.

Later in the day KB3176938 was gone and KB3176936 got installed, along with Security Update for Microsoft Windows KB3189866 and Security Update for Adobe Flash Player with no KB number.

Removal of KB3176938 and installation of KB3176936 and the two security updates seems to have solved the driver failure that the first three updates broke.

Isn't Windows Update supposed to help?
