  1. kb4023057- windows update for versions greater than 1809

Hi,The update kb4023057 is applicable for the windows 10 versions 1507, 1511, 1607, 1703, 1709, 1803, 1809, 1903, 1909, 2004, 20H2, and 21H1.But only for versions 1507, 1511, 1607, 1703, 1709 and 1803 MS has provided update through MS Catalog does that mean other remaining versions directly receives the update from Windows updates???

  2. KB4023057 not listed for Windows 1809 (x64) in the Windows Update Catalog

    Hi,

Windows Update offers "2020-08 Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based systems (KB4023057)".

Normally, all updates are also available in the Windows update catalog. This one, too, for all Windows versions, but for 1809 it's missing:

    Microsoft Update Catalog

Why? I've waited a couple of days, but it's still not there.

    Thanks.

Here's the link to the article that also includes 1809:

  3. Update KB4023057

Would installing Windows 10 version 2004 get rid of this fault?

I assume what is causing it is that KB4023057 says it was installed 30/09/2020 on my update history but does not appear in the installed update list.

Would version 2004 effectively install a new version and overwrite version 1909 which is what I have?

  4. kb4023057- windows update for versions greater than 1809

    problems downloading & applying updates KB4023057 & KB4467702

I get these recurrent errors in Windows Update --

    • 2018-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4467702) - Error 0x80070015
    • 2018-12 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) - Error 0x80070015

I stumbled on this resource (WAY too unintuitive to find that, Microsoft! It should be linked visibly in
    Windows Update) --

    Microsoft Update Catalog

...where I was able to successfully download other updates which also produced recurrent errors EXCEPT NOT
    KB4023057 and KB4467702 --

    • KB4467702 I could download and run the installer and it repeatedly tells me my system doesn't need that item, even after restarting the system. Then WHY does
Windows Update think I need it?
    • KB4023057 - is absent in Microsoft Update Catalog
