    Issue with Restarting Windows 10 v1709

    Since updating to Windows 10 v1709, any window that is / was open before requesting a re-boot is automatically re-opened when the OS loads again.

    Is this a new feature; or, is this yet another undocumented feature in v1709?

    I'm currently running Windows 10 v1709 (Build 16299.19).
