Windows 10 version 1809 with an Ahnlab V3 security software installed may remain on a black screen when trying to enter sleep

Microsoft is aware of reports that Windows 10 version 1809 may remain on a black screen with the monitor powered off on systems running both an Ahnlab V3 product and the Your Phone app when the system attempts to enter
    sleep.

Microsoft is currently working with our software partners to provide a solution.
In the meantime, try one of the following steps to work around this issue:

    • Change the settings of the Your Phone app so that it doesn’t run in the background.
Note: Preventing the app from running in the background will limit some of its features, such as its ability to send you notifications.
To do this, go to Settings > Privacy > Background apps.
Then find the Your Phone app in the list and set to Off.
    • Make sure your system is running Windows Defender as an alternative means to help protect your system from malware.
Then try temporarily disabling your Ahnlab V3 security software and check to see if this resolves the issue.
If neither of these steps resolve your issue, the black screen you are experiencing may be due to a different problem.
Please try the steps in the article, Troubleshoot black screen or blank screen errors.
