KB4467708 failed to install 5 times 0x800f085 and computer stops booting with error 0xc000021a
have to use boot via USB and use following command at command prompt to make my laptop working again

dism /image=c: /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions


should I stop connecting my computer to internet because I disabled Windows update in Services and still everyday this keep happening

In preperation to install latest version of office pro I removed office 2010. The system required a reboot to complete the operation, however, it failed with the error message stop code 0xc000021a. I can boot to a command prompt but that is all. I have
