Discus and support KB4483452 Disables Back Function to External SSD-Error Code 0x80070013 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Apparently the latest M$ Windows Update, KB4483452-12FEB2019, has disabled my ability to use the Backup function to save Files/Folders to external ssd....     KB4483452 Disables Back Function to External SSD-Error Code 0x80070013


    Apparently the latest M$ Windows Update, KB4483452-12FEB2019, has disabled my ability to use the Backup function to save Files/Folders to external ssd. I get the Error Code 0x80070013 after Backup completes sending data to the ssd. I have the systems information from previous Backups on the ssd but the Files/Folders & Image will not update/duplicate to current date(s). I have researced fixes and followed their instructions, especially those on YouTube, but nothing has/will work. Using the Admin Command and/or Admin Windows Powershell and inputting commands such as:"C\Windows\System32>SC Config wuauserv = auto or wuauserv= auto or wuauserv =auto just gives me the NOTE: The option name includes the equal sign, a space is required between the equal sign and the value, et all. Trying another YouTube fix such as C:\Windows\System32>net stop wuauserv, et al, gives me several "...not a recognized command" error. I have installed Macrium Reflect software for now but I really can't afford the Premium Version's $70 usd fee and the free version doesn't seem to include a comprehensive backup utility as the Premium Version does. Anybody have an idea, or fix, about this error? Thanks.
