Windows 10: KB4505219 update failed Error 0x80070643

So i've been trying to install the Security Update for SQL Server 2016 Service Pack 1 GDR KB4505219 for what is probably about a year now, but its always failing,


i've tried installing it manually, but still getting nothing,


My forticlient VPN is always screaming at me too over this.


Help?

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
