Windows 10: KB4506991 missing

I use Belarc Advisor latest version and have been advised that KB4506991 is missing. I have tried the troubleshooter and the added points to check and have not found anything of substance; including to download the update from the catalog from this link https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/ScopedViewInline.aspx?updateid=e0ff3d94-1fe2-4cfc-a672-c845666dc559

There is only one (top) for X86 architecture but does not differentiate whether X64 is part of the download package. I realize that it probably will work, but I want to ask first to be sure. AS Well, why is this picked up by Belarc and not by MSFT. Please assist.

Canceling an Update - KB4506991

I have tried to permit the update of Windows 10 PRO on my wife's Dell XPS13 twice and each time start up files were corrupted requiring the complete re-installation of Windows - a very long and painful process! The 1093 update installed fine but then KB4506991
comes along as, with 1093 they want the Net.Framework to update. It is KB4506991 causing the problem. For the 3rd time I now have the computer up and running and all programs re-installed. I don't dare let KB4506991 install again. I know I can delay all
updates but I desire the update process continue - just don't want KB4506991 to crash my computer again! Any suggestions? I know it has been a HUGE complaint of Windows 10 users that we cannot control individual updates - wish Microsoft would listen!

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
