Windows 10: KB4522741 causes problem with iCloud / Outlook

Following installation of KB4522741, I noticed that Outlook was no longer showing the iCloud calendar. After several hours going down blind alleys (including researching the message Setup can't continue because Outlook isn't configured to have a default profile. Check your Outlook settings and try again. ) I finally resolved matters by backing out the KB and re-installing iCloud for Windows. What gives ???

Thank you Pedro. I did the steps but it didn't work. I did not have iCloud in the list, only Outlook. I clicked on the default button on the data page but no luck.

• How are you accessing Outlook through web browser or email client?

I suggest you to uninstall and re-install the iCloud app and check if the issue persists.

To reinstalling the icloud app I suggest you to contact apple forum and check if it helps.

iCloud for Windows and Office Outlook 2007


Since this weeks updates to Win10 1703, iCloud for Windows has stopped integrating with Office Outlook 2007.
The normal "Refresh iCloud" button has disappeared, and the Calendar in iCloud has disappeared from Outlook.
Anybody noticed the same or got any clues what's happened?

Update: Seems update KB3191898 caused this. Hope microsoft fix it soon
