    Hi! Earlyish last month I saw a thread about KB4532693 causing data loss and profile corruption, with several sufferers in the comments. I immediately paused Updates for safety; I can accept some little issues, but data loss is my number one fear.

    I haven't seen any news articles posted about it being fixed or pulled from Windows Update, and so wanted to check if it was safe to go back in the water (so that the pause doesn't expire just as Patch Tuesday happens, potentially exposing me to other bugs).

    Potentially relevant information: I'm on 1909 (winver reports 18363.592) and not an Insider. I SHOULDN'T be at risk of these kind of bugs, but since I am, might as well ask around to make sure it's safe.
