Discus and support KB4534170 in window 10 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I had to uninstall the update caused. 1: Freezing -had to reboot 2: Programs would not load or would load slowly 3: Windows 10 would take 20 to 30...     I had to uninstall the update caused. 1: Freezing -had to reboot 2: Programs would not load or would load slowly 3: Windows 10 would take 20 to 30 minutes to load. 4: Other program updates would not install or freeze. After I uninstall the update everything is working properly!

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    • Click OK
