    After installing this cumulative update. My mouse is not working properly. It is stuttering and I cant even uninstall the update. Please help me fix this issue.

    Upgrade to 1903 version

    Exceptionally, MS have issued an out of band security updated since that Patch Tuesday update.

    KB4551762 CU Win 10 v1903 build 18362.720 and v1909 build 18363.720


    KB4551762 contains all the security fixes and patches that were in KB4540673 so there is no point in installing KB4540673 first.

    Trying to understand KB, version and build numbers and release dates

    The only difference is a very tiny KB update. It's only purpose appears to be to change the build number and version number:

    18362 --> 18363

    Version 1903 --> Version 1909

    The update that switches Version and build number is only 21 KB in size: windows10.0-kb4517245-arm64.cab.
