Windows 10: KB4565351 and/or KB4569751 DrasticallyIncreased Load Time

Win-10 Pro, v 1909, Build 18363
As Title states. These updates -- on 8/12/2020 -- have greatly increased my startup load time.
Any suggestions to get it back / troubleshoot why?

Update KB4565351 failed

Hi,

For 3 days now I have been trying to install the August Patch Tuesday update KB4565351 on my laptop, after 5 failures incl. one manual attempt downloaded from the MSFT Update catalog, I have hidden the update using wushowhide.diagcab.

I have a new Acer Aspire5 a515-54G that came with W10 Home, Single Language, x64 1909 build 183363.959

I used Windows Restore: RESET last week because of problems and updated my fresh system with the latest updates and drivers:

Failed Updates

11 Aug KB4565351 failed (now hidden) Security Update?
MSFT Support info: August 11, 2020—KB4565351 (OS Builds 18362.1016 and
18363.1016), I have build 18363.959

Installed today successfully, secretly on the background:
14 Aug KB4565483 released July 14 Microsoft Support info: July 14, 2020—KB4565483 (OS Builds 18362.959 and
18363.959)

Other recent Updates installed successfully:
12 Aug KB4569751 Net Framework
12 Aug KB4569073 released August 11 (SSU)


Question how can a 1 month later update have a lower KB number (5351 vs. 5483)? Why does the catalog mention build 18363.1016 and tried to install that on my system while I have a lower build
18363.959?

I wasted a lot of time with KB4565351 and money (I am on a metered WIFI network) so don't want to try installing it again, also because my booting and system performance deteriorates after all these failed installing and uninstalling (each time with 4 restarts).

Failed install windows update kb4565351

kb4565351 failed install error 0x8024000b in update history..

I try update with windows update,, kb4565351 stack in downloading 100%,,

I wait one hour but no response, i turn off wifi will be pending download,,

I Try update manual, download in Microsoft catalog,,

I run error 0x8007000d data invalid..

Windows 10 pro version 1909 x86..

I use eset antivirus
