Windows 10: KB4565483 causing blue screen and will not uninstall

KB4565483 automatically installed overnight. This morning my laptop went straight to blue screen. Tried all the option including reinstall but that failed as well. Went into safe mode and found that KB 4565483 had been installed. When I tried to uninstall it this failed as well. Tried everything twice and still no change. Any suggestions? I am no expert so please keep it simple.
