Windows 10: KB4566782 is corrupted or not

Recently i have cloned my system from HDD to SSDCloning all the partition except local disk and i would like to know that isKB4566782 has problems in installing

i m using HP AU624TX machine when i install update using both via Windows Update and via MSU i m unable to install that update after 30% system got restarted and after reaching it till 99%system is undoing changes after 2-3 minutes latersystem boots with error code0xc800247normally

KB4566782 Boot problem

KB4566782 update causing boot failure(black screen with dialer image). After several minutes, shut down and restart. After 2-3 restarts I got message "attempting repairs", and then "We removed some recently installed updates to recover your device from
a startup failure." Stopped updates to continue using computer for a few days and had no problems booting up. Downloaded update manually and installed and had same problem. Checked download list, KB4566782 not listed but KB45665503 was on download date. How
does this problem get corrected?

Issues even after KB4566782 update. How can you even use a computer like this? Is there a fix to this in sight?

• Programs unresponsive
• Programs slow to startup
• Firefox slow to startup
• Firefox sometimes takes forever to load page
• Programs crashing
• Restart still taking 15 minutes for restart
• Getting mouse lag

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
