    KB4567512 patch cannot install. "The update is not applicable to your computer."


    Dear Support


    I am shared few of printer driver total 8 printer, different model via a Windows Server 2016 to more than 50 desktopwin10 1809 and working fine, issues happen on our new laptop win10 1903, some of page or all of the office 365 work document missing while printing, seems this symptom like spooler problem and find "KB4567512" as below link.

    I try to install KB4567512 failure with "The update is not applicable to your computer." prompt. below show my laptop information.


    Win10 1903

    installed hotfix by command systeminfo

    Did any method to install this patch or any other know issues about this?

    Cannot install patch KB4567523. Printer still not working after windows update

    I downloaded patch KB4567512 but encountered error 0x80248014 when during the installation.

    Hello Summit,

    I reset Windows Update using the automatic script. Now when I press Check Updates it says my computer is up to date. However, when I tried again to install the patch the installation failed like it did previously. "Update for Windows (KB4567512) Failed to
    install on ‎6/‎24/‎2020 - 0x8024001e".

    Patch for KB4560960 not working

    Attempting to get my printer working again following the update of KB4560960, I downloaded and installed the patch KB4567512. Sadly, nothing has changed... still can't print. :\

    If my only other option is to uninstall the initial update, should the patch be uninstalled first?
