    This device cannot start. Code 10 Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API. Xbox 360 USB
    Also, after I shut down the pc and cold boot before I even get the login screen the os just hangs, I can see
    there is no hard drive activity as the indicator light stays off it gets past the bios load screen , I have to press the reset power button to cycle the pc.

    FAILED install: September 8, 2020—KB4571756

    I get a page fault error trying to install the KB4571756 (OS Build 19041.508) update either through Windows Update or downloading the msu file directly.

    Any suggestions?

    FAILED install: September 8, 2020—KB4571756

    I have exactly the same problem. 2020-09 cumulative update for windows 10 version 2004 for x64-based systems (KB4571756) . After installing to 100%, I get this message ''There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80073701)''

    Windows update failed KB4571756 with error 0x80073701. Downloaded Standalone Installer windows10.0-kb4571756-x64.msu failed with error 0x8024200B.

    I've already tried these steps:

    - Windows Update troubleshooter <- no errors

    - sfc /scannow <- no errors

    - Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth <- no errors

    - Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth <- no errors

    - dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

    - deleted content SoftwareDistribution and catroot2

    tried again via Windows update and standalone install but got the same error.

    The device is a Surface Pro3 running Windows 10 Pro 2004 without any previous Windows Update issues.
