Windows 10: KB4580364 downloads but will not install

This is the second time I have encountered a Windows update that downloads but fails to install. It just sits at 0% with no error messages etc. Last time I found turning off the firewall ! worked to enable the install. This time, even that is not working. Is this a common problem? Is there an easy fix? Or shall I just ignore this optional update?

I got KB4580364 optional update today but I have not gotten Windows 10 20H2 yet. How is it possible?

Do suggest me to get 20H2 update with Update Assistant or not?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
