Windows 10: KB4586781 succesfully installed

Windows 10Home v20H2 64 bit.In the "view latest updates" section it says that update KB4586781 was
succesfully installed on November 12th.Every day since it lists the same update number as UNsuccesfully
installed with an error code Oxc1900401,including today (Sat Nov 28th).Why is it attempting to install it again?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately, none of them worked. Besides, I've already tried installing the update manually, as I've mentioned in the question.

I don't know if it's useful, but specify a local installation (.wim) source didn't work.

I tried these commands:
