    Hello everyone!

    I have a problem with an KB4592438 update. When I tried to install this update, my computer failed after restarting system. On the screen blue screen with sign: DO not turn off your computer and then failed with installation. It took all changes back and my computer restarted itself again. Everything works properly right now, but when I want to install uptade, there is still and only this update KB4592438 installing over and over again. I can't find this update in history so I can't uninstall it. After Downloading and installing Windows Update says, that it has been uptaded. But when I click Search for updates, the whole process repeats. Can somebody please help me how to fix it? Thank you

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
