    KB5000802 - BSOD - DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

I have isolated the issue to update KB5000802.

If I install this update I am unable to boot into Windows except via safe mode. If I remove the update Windows boots fine with no BSOD.

BSOD error message on boot is DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

Upon examining the minidump it points to ntoskrnl.exe+3f5c20

    Software:
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
    Version: 10.0.19042 Build 19042

    Hardware:
    Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor, 3701 Mhz, 6 Cores, 12 Logical Processors
    Memory: G.Skill 64GB DDR4-3200
    BaseBoard: Manufacturer ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.
    BaseBoard: Product PRIME X570-PRO
    NVMe SSD: Samsung 980 Pro
RAID: HighPoint SSD 7202 - 2x Samsung 970 Evo Plus in RAID 1 Mirror
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3070 Founders Edition

From looking around on the internet users with similar issues also have either AMD CPUs or RTX GPUs so perhaps it's related to this hardware.

Please please fix this issue, the update keeps re-installing itself.
    Thank you

    :)
