  1. KB5000802 Causes Partial Printing, KB5001567 Does Not Fix

    Hi everyone,

Windows version 20H2 with KB5000802 causes partial printing with various applications. The examples below are with the built-in right-click print function for a .jpg image in Windows Explorer. This happens with every computer and printer combination we've tried 4 different computers, 4 different printers from 2 different brands Konica-Minolta and Brother. Unistalling KB5000802 eliminates the problem. Installing the KB5001567 out-of-band hotfix does not fix this problem. Printing is essential to our business. Does Microsoft have a better fix than KB5001567? Thanks!

    Method 2: Uninstall unnecessary printers

Having two or more printers installed can cause issues with the Print Spooler and printing. Follow the steps below to uninstall any unnecessary printers:

    • Press Windows Key + X and select Control Panel from the list.
    • When Control Panel opens, locate Devices and Printers.
    • In Devices and Printers section select the printer you want to remove and click Print server properties.
    • Go to Drivers tab. You should see the list of all installed printers.
    • Select the printer you want to remove and click the Remove button.
    • Select Remove driver and driver package and click OK to completely remove the printer.
    • After removing unnecessary printers, restart your PC.

We'll be waiting for your response.

KB5000802 Causes Partial Printing, KB5001567 Does Not Fix

Word and Excel 2013 now crash when I try to print or edit-Outlook OK

Trying to print or edit in Office 2013 Word and Excel now causes the program to crash. Outlook works fine.

the following have not fixed the problem.
    1. Repair install of Office 2013
    2. Uninstall (with Revo Pro) and then full re-install
    3. Uninstall and then reinstall of the HP Laserjet printer drive.

What is my next step, short of nuking the entire Win installation and starting over (ugh!)???
