    "The KB5004296 Enablement Package allows you to go from build 19043 (v21H1) to 19044 (v21H2)."

    I don't really think that's how it works. Or at least it doesn't enable 19044 in any way that I could figure out.
    I think the only way you can get 19044.1147 is if your were already on 19044 from being in the beta channel.
    All the KB5004296 cab file would do for me is update my Public Release 19043.1110 install to 19043.1147.
    "Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 21H2 (19044.1147) amd64" ISO from UUP Dump did nothing at all.
    Threw some kind of error about files already being installed and needing to restart the windows setup.
    It never restarted even after waiting 5 minutes or so. Not complaining about it just posting my observations.

    Currently running fine on 19043.1147
