Windows 10: KB5013942 successfully installed on 2022-06-12 then failed to install on 2022-06-20

Install Win10 stuck on logo + boot

How do you add a boot menu entry?

I try another upgrade as when i do upgrades i can analyse the setuperr.log file in wondws/panther/newos

i usual i waited several minutes, still stuck at windows logo and the i reseted

This time it seems a little bit different
And the main thing that suprised me is the time. First error at 22:17, last error at 22:36
meaning it worked for like 20minutes before i guess i reseted.

(bios was downgraded during this attempt)

I have been using Windows 10 HOME, since around July 2016.

 

Install Win10 stuck on logo + boot

I have a complexe problem. I did search everywhere but i am still stuck.
I wish to install win 10 on my win 7 64 runing computer

Second hand bought 7 years ago

ASUS Z87PRO
I7 4770K
Kingston DDR3 2x8go
FuryX DDR3 2x8go
NVidia GTX 980
SSD crucial M500 250go
SSD 850 Evo 250GO
SSD 860 Evo 1TO
HD 1 TO

I did 2 main attempts, 1 when i bought it 7 years ago, and 1 now.
during the first attempt their was only 16Go DDR, another different SSD, and a GTX770 (only the mother board was the same)

The fresh install blocked on boot when the win10 logo appears, no install was possible.

During the computer lifetime i tried the win7 -> win10 update with windows update without sucess.

Today i really need to install Win10
All drivers and bios UEFI are up to date

I created 2 usb Stick and An external HD with win 10 with windows creation tool.
the HD was tried mounted on USB and SATA

On every attempt, i was stucked in front of Win10 logo, nothing moved. I waited more than 1 hours without success.

1st attempts:
_Removing all HD SDD and keeping only a blank SSD -> no success
_Removing all DDRRAM and keeping only one stick -> no success
_Switching off bluetooth, wifi, and setting only 1 core without hyper threading in UEFI -> no success
_Unplugging evertyhing from motherboard -> no success
_secure boot active or deactive -> no differences

Every time it was stuck on




2nd attempt
I successfully resintalled my Win7 and then tried to upgrade with win 10 ISO, win10 key, win10 USB HD

_From Win7 it uncompressed succsfully, and then on startup again, it stucks again on win 10 logo.
-> reboot and back on win7, there is the follwing error l'erreur 0xC1900101 0c20017 "installation échoué dans la phase SAFE_OS avec erreur lors de l'opérateur BOOT"

3rd attempt
I mounted a virtual machine with virtual box.
_when i mount a win 10 machine, same error, it stuck on Win10 logo withtout installing.
_When i upgrade from a mounted win 7 , exact same issue with the message safe_OS at startup in virtual machine

virtual machine on my machine behave the same as my machine

Noticieable remark
I had to run the windows creation tool on another computer as it shows an error on startup on my computer

I have to say that i am completly stuck
I also downgraded my UEFI without success too

Next attempt will be:
4_Try to create a bootable key with RUFUS ton install on legacy, switch off secure boot, active csm
5_Try to install win10 32bit, an upgrade to win10 64bit
