Windows 10: KB5017328 causes blank screen after logon

Installing KB5017328 causes a blank screen after user logon. The only way I resolved was to remove KB5017328.At the blank screen I was able to start Task Manager and logon as Administrator successfully where I proceeded to remove KB5017328. Why it only blanks the screenafter logon on my user-id is a mystery. Any one else?

My original problem appears to be back again, I have not changed the graphics drivers at all since I fixed it last time, so I am confused as to why its happening again. I realise there are newer drivers than I had installed, are they included in the Windows
10 cumulative updates? It is only way I can see of me getting newer drivers. The Nvidia control panel shows there is an update to my driver but its not set to auto update, just notify me.

There is no point doing the steps I did before if Windows is just going to install the driver that causes the problem.

First day after the update was installed I noticed strange blank screens before the PC gets to logon screen, but earlier today, it also stalled at the logon phase and then loaded the blank page as before. None of these things had happened until the windows
update.

I used Ctrl Alt Del to turn pc off. Lucky it loaded normally next time. But I know its not fixed.

My previous post on Jan 1 turned out to be a hardware issue, That has been fixed.
