Windows 10: KB5023696 Fails to install - Error Code: 0x800f0922

I am trying to install a Security Update for Windows 10 Pro. KB5023696. I am doing so from the Admin account.When I look at my Update history, I see the following entries: Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2 Failed to install on ‎3/‎28/‎2023 - 0x800f0922 Security Update for Windows KB5023696 Failed to install on 3/28/2023 - 0x800f0922 When look at my Installed Updates under: Settings > Programs and Features > Installed Updates, It shows that "Security Update for Microsoft Windows KB5023696" installed 3/28/2023 When I go to Settings > Update & Security in indicates

I'm having very much the same issue, unfortunately your solution doesn't solve the problem. I followed every step, but upon re-booting and trying to install the update with the same error code 0x800f0922.

Checking .NET Framework

One of the possible culprits behind this problem is .NET Framework. So, one of the ways to get rid of the Windows 10 update error 0x800f0922 is installing the latest version of .NET Framework. Moreover, you should activate
it in Windows Features. You can do those by following these instructions:

1. On your keyboard, press Windows Key+S.
2. Type “Windows Features” (no quotes).
3. Select ‘Turn Windows Features on or off’ from the results

1. Select the options related to .NET Framework.
2. Click OK to save your selection.
3. Restart your computer

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.
