Windows 10: KB5044380 Windows 11 Pro Update 2024-10 Cumulative Update Preview Version 23H2 for...

Having installed update KB5044380 the right click on the start menu does nothing. I'm as certain as I can be that the update is causing the issue because it works again after uninstalling and fails again after reinstalling. The right click works everywhere else that it's supposed to the problem only related to the start menu. Does anyone else have the same issue? Can anyone help?
