    I have a problem installing the KB5046617 and the replacement KB5046740 on a brand new VM brought up from marked place offer image - "Windows 11 Enterprise multi-session, version 24H2 + Microsoft 365 Apps". Event log error: Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x800F0991: 2024-11 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems KB5046740.The same with KB5046617. What is the problem? Any information will be greatly appreciated
