    KB5046732 causes black screen with cursor


    Hi all,So, I tried this update KB5046732 and right after I login, my screen turns black for like 5-10 min. I can see my cursor and I can do Clt-Alt-Del and then ESC but it doesn’t do anything. I’ve restart it and it will do the same again every time. But when it finally comes on, it works just fine. Is this update going to be required? Is there something I need to do?Some Specs:AMD Ryzen 5600xtAMD Radeon 6700xt

    I     have tried following the steps of booting into safe mode, going into the control panel and uninstalling the latest windows update that caused the 'Windows black screen with cursor' error. However, now it wont even boot to the desktop, it will show 'Automatic repairs being done' and then automatically booting to safe mode. Upon checking my BIOS, the SSD drive with windows installed with it, is not even showing up in the boot list/priority. (still able to see drive in bios under System status and when checking under windows installation time.)

    So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?
