    Who is having trouble with KB8440970 on Windows 7 machines? It forces itself into the computer through the automatic updates "feature" and disables my customer's web server. It also wreak havoc on my customer's mapping software. I uninstall the KB and it re-installs itself again! Any idea of when this will be fixed? I have the same trouble with KB4480966 in Windows 10. Any thoughts?
