Windows 10: KD Max rendering not responding

Hi friend, i have checked my PC device anything is well and good support for 3d designs CAD or play games. But issue is when used KD Max software rendering images appear not responding or closed windows. may i know, what happen like it ...Then i used autocad 2017 and 3ds max 2017 is not issue.
Is it KD max software not problem...?

Bsod on rendering in 3ds max

Hi. Recently i updated to windows 10 and updated all drivers. Last day when i was working on 3Ds Max i saw Cpu render crashes pc when the render is nearly done. In windows 8.1 i had the same problem but it resolved somehow but now i don't have time to clean
install os and all the programs. I tried to create mini dump file but the os does not created any ting yet the settings were correct as you shown in Microsoft site. Why i cant get any minidump files and why im getting this BSOD's when im rendering? I think
its about processor somehow but im not sure. My processor is not that high temperature when rendering max 55 degrees i see. First i thought it was because of the SLI but when i rendering in gpu mode its all ok.

Here is my configuration:

Intel i7 3960x

Asus Sabertooth x79

Corsair GT 120G SSD

WD 2TB HDD

24G Corsair Venegance 1866

Evga GTX 780 6G X 2 SLI

Xlience 1000W power

Corsair h80i CPU cooler

So anyone can please help me?

 

Microsoft Edge Hanging/Not responding

Let's try to isolate the cause of this issue, we suggest that you clear your browsing data. Kindly follow the steps below:

• Open Edge.
• Click on the three dots icon on the upper-right part of the screen.
• Click Settings.
• Under Clear browsing data, click on Choose what to clear.
• Click on Clear.

If the issue persists, we suggest that you disable hardware acceleration and use software rendering.
Here are the steps on how to enable software rendering:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Internet Options, and click on
  Internet Options from the results.
• Click on the Advanced tab.
• Under Accelerated graphics, check Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering.
• Restart your computer.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
